Note on Moderator Locking/Deleting Topics/Posts

LOCKING:
When locking posts, please make a post, tell why it will be locked then you may write "locked." Afterward, lock the topic.
DELETING:
When deleting posts, make sure you have a good reason for why the topic/post will be deleted such as going off topic and such. If you need to delete a topic, please PM me after you do. It would really help.
